Asian American, Sikh groups urge Supreme Court to limit prolonged immigration detention

The Asian Law Caucus, South Asian American Justice Collaborative and Sikh Coalition joined immigration organizations Tuesday in asking the Supreme Court to guarantee bond hearings for immigrants in prolonged mandatory detention.
