A Montana man has been charged with a felony hate crime after allegedly shoving and telling a man of Indian descent to “go back to his country.”

Jaxton Tayte Collins, 21, allegedly shoved the victim with both hands in downtown Helena on Aug. 7. He denied the action to officers but admitted making the remark out of anger.
